These exercises are helping me most with my glute growth! I have far to go but I am making progress.
Hip thrusts are definitely number one, even better if you can pause at the top. Next are RDL's, then I'd say step ups, reverse lunges, and kickbacks are probably tied in my opinion. I hit glutes 3 times a week! I am currently following the alive app. Frequency and consistency are super important. So is eating lots of protein.
Weight lifting and progressive overload is definitely the best way to grow your muscles so I'd highly recommend doing that and following a program for maximum progress.
