This has been one of my go to’s lately for lunch! The steps include cutting and mixing ingredients which is overall easy. No baking and no complicated instructions. A quick chopping of vegetables and mixing things in a bowl is also super duper fast!

This bowl has so many health benefits! Of course, it is customizable so depending what you put in it, this may vary. However, my meal as pictured is so nutritious. Tuna is high in protein which is helping me build my muscles. Tuna also contains B12 vitamins which is good for your blood. It contains Vitamin A which improves vision and boosts your immune system, Vitamin D which strengthens bones, and iron which helps the body grow. Red onions are full of sulfur compounds that protect the body from ulcers and various cancers. Celery is very good for digestion and helps your body break down your food. Tomatoes are rich in antioxidants and are linked to several benefits, such as a reduced risk of heart disease and certain cancers. Dijon mustard has antioxidants which boost immune health and protect against bacterial and fungal infections. Mayo improves skin health. Romaine lettuce supplies nitrate for heart health.

As a tuna lover, this meal is not only tasty and easy but so good for me!
