Today, July 15, is the first day of my version of the 75. I’m not fully motivated (plus not looking for the full thing) to do the 75 hard, but the 75 soft seems too lenient for what I think I need.

So I created my own rules:

- a 30 minute workout every day (not shown is that if I’m feeling up for it, I’ll do a second one outside)

- drink 80 ounces of water (a gallon is wayyyyy too much for my body)

- eat healthy (focusing on lots of protein as I’m trying to gain weight)

- limit alcohol (I’m coming from a “milso” mentality, so we drank a lot)

- read 2 chapters of any book (or listen cause I’m an audiobook girly)

- take progress photos every 25 days (every day seems discouraging, but I still wanna see the progress)

- weigh in every 25 days (same reason as the photos)

I’ll check in on here every 7 days to see how I’m doing and I’ll post the progress photos at the very end! Wish me luck! 🍀

EDIT TO ADD: if I miss 1 day, I will not be starting over completely. I feel as though it would be rather discouraging and I would be disappointed & no longer want to continue. I’m human, you’re human, we’re all going to miss something, and giving yourself that grace is super healthy. ☺️
