I feel like this is always something good to chat about, for everyone in relation. it allows for a sense of community to be had as well as support and new ideas regarding anxiety. discussions can also bring awareness to people who are seeking to understand and learn more about it. so, let's chat!

○what are your most effective self-help techniques for reducing anxiety?

》for me, I routinely use a multitude of techniques that work for me...

•I do my best to keep a good sleep routine so I have a well-rested body and mind.

•excercising on a regular/often basis to have a form of energy release, even if it is simply going for a walk

•breathing slow to relax my body, and identifying tangible object around me to keep me grounded.

•identifying my triggers, and avoiding them when possible.

•removing myself from toxic situations

•when stressed, stepping outside to relax and gain new perspective to be able to re-approach the situation with more grace and understanding.

•journaling!!!!

these are a few things that I realize work for me, on top of a lot of other things I do. everything is easier said than done, and there will be times where we fall short because we are human and it is natural to make mistakes. the important thing is to keep trying! you got this, boo! 💗💐
