Philippians 4:4-7(These verses help my anxiety)

I found this verse when I was really struggling with my anxiety. Knowing that the Lord is near and actively listening to my prayers made me feel so safe. He tells us not to worry and that we can ask for His help with our struggles. We pray for His help and when he provides, we thank Him. When we do all of this He gives us peace of mind, knowing that we are His.
