TRAVEL | CAPPADOCIA 2 DAY ITINERARY

🛑 My recommendation is to spend at least 3 full days in Cappadocia, but if you are short on time and still want to experience it you can definitely do most top activities in 2 days if you follow this itinerary.

🏁 This was a road trip through Türkiye. We arrived in Cappadoccia after visiting Ankara.

✈️ If you are short on time flying from Istanbul to Cappadoccia is tge fastest option. It only takes 1.5 hours

Day 1:

✈️ Arrive in Cappadocia

🚗 Take a scenic drive in the Anatolian countryside

💧 Stop at Lake Tuz (Pink Salt Lake).

🏰 Explore Goreme Open Air Museum

⛰️ Take a Sunset jeep safari in Goreme Valley

Day 2:

🎈 Take a sunrise hot air balloon ride

💫Visit local Turkish carpet workshops

⛰️ Visit the Avcilar, Pasabag, and Güvercinlik valleys for fairy chimneys

🏙️ Visit the Underground city

Departure: Cappadocia

🚐 Before departing Cappadocia take the Chasing Balloons tour where you get to experience the hot air balloons from a different perspective. You go to different scenic terraces to take stunning pictures.
