💭 First thing is first, how do they all fly across the country and countries so fast? Also, isn’t the health care system universal in Canada? Like, everyone has the same health insurance?

Alright, moving on, the love moved so fast. It’s almost unbelievable. One second he forces her to marry him, she hates him and wants to kill him in his sleep, the next they are in love, he is remorseful and a total simp. Don't get me wrong, I love an alpha man who simps for his girl, but this was not that. He was a cold icy asshole one second and an adoring husband the next. Then this chick was full of anxiety and panic attacks, then within a few pages shes emptying a clip in a person 🫣 did she replace morphine with being a killer? 🤔

There was no growth, no transition, just wham, we have two completely new characters half way through the book. Sometimes life happens that fast, life changing experiences that make you forget all the important details 😅

The deranged smut simp romance is what kept me hooked 😆 so I will allow some the lack of research and build up. These two were bound to clash but their spark and bond grew stronger with each chapter. While the last few chapters felt like a dragged out story line, I am hoping it does supports the beginning of the next book.

I had initially purchased book one and two, so I’ll be getting started on “Owned by a Sinner,” shortly here.
