It's been over a year i tak update my diet journey. Currently quite busy with work and this temporary life😂😂.

Anyways, ada tak yang baru nak start diet tapi banyak sangat cara diet taktahu apply mana satu kan? So, basically, common method orang selalu guna untuk diet arw IF and calorie's deficit. Both of this method memang jadi. TAPI, depends on your body accept yang mana? Faham tak?😂

Long short story's, after chinese new year, i gain my weight from 76 to 86kg! Can you imagine? 10 kilosssss😭. So i macam ada anxiety naik mendadak sangat sebab i stress dengan kerja sampai tak sedar i makan banyak gilo.. know2 naik sampai 10kilo. So what i did is, i try IF, Intermittent Fasting. Apa tu Intermittent Fasting? Intermittent fasting ni dia macam kau puasa 12 jam makan 8 jam. Faham tak? Like people always do the 12:8 macamtu. So basically its actually work! BUT maybe for certain people. NOT ME😭😭

As you know all this time pun i guna calorie's deficit method. Dulu kan i pernah experience obesity level yang high level punya. So i loss almost 20kg using calories deficit punya method tau. So i gatal nak guna IF punya method tapi i realised that my body tak accept IF method🥲. IDK why.

So, i gunalah balik calories deficit punya method and guess what, ITS WORKED!!! Dah turun 6-7kg within a month😭😭. So i guess i sesuai dengan calories deficit je🥹🥹.

So hey beautiful people, dont worry ya. As long as you enjoy your diet journeys its gonna be fine😊. Diet pun tak boleh stress tau. Kalau stress boleh naik even though you control your makan. Try and error which methods suits to your bodies okiess🫶🏻🫶🏻. And yang penting, niat diet kena yang baik2. Tuhan pun redho tau. Hehehe. Bye geng.
