LAZY GIRL: PORK BELLY RAMEN

o(≧▽≦)o after my ramen egg post, a pork belly post just makes sense.

So, here we go!!

Note: I am NOT a chef, but I love to eat and I love to do it cheaply.

I recently caught pork belly for a STEAL at Walmart and knew sharing this with you all was meant to be lol

Here is how I cooked my pork belly with minimal prep or clean up.

1. After seasoning the meat, heat the oven to 400 ℉

2. Add pork belly to an oven-safe pan with onions and cook for 30 mins

3. Flip meat (I forgot to do this) and cook for another 30 mins at 350

4. Slice and add to your dish of choice.

I have been eating this all week for lunch with rice and broccoli.

I even saved a few pieces to toss in my ramen for a late-night snack (peep the last pic)🫢

I still have a bit in the fridge but idk what I want to do with them yet…
