Are the lemon8 challenges a scam? 🍋🤍

I completed 21 days challenge and click to get lemo doll and its not opening i tried every possible way I uninstalled app and reinstalled i tried to logout, changed network nothing work out… i just want to know whether anyone got anything or its fake??
