What i eat i a day to loss 3kg during my intermittent fasting

1. Coffee

Just coffee to waking up my body before go to the gym and it’s enough my point is to avoiding bloated during my exercise

2. lunch at 12pm

After my morning session at gym having my power lunch is a must

3. Snacking at 3pm

Water melon is a good choice for energy booster and it’s enough to supply me energy during my evening session at the gym

4. Dinner before 7pm

No more rice at night and my reason is to avoiding my insulin level spiking up
