Affordable things to do in Puerto Vallarta

Many people talk about Cancun, Tulum, and Cabo, but Puerto Vallarta is one of my favorite gems in Mexico. Here are my favorite three activities

🛥A must-do is attending A Rhythms of the Night. This excursion can be purchased through Vallarta Adventures. This excursion includes a boat ride to a private island. Once you arrive to the island, you will have a relaxing and romantic dinner on the beach. Following dinner, a very entertaining show by Cirque du Soleil. On the boat ride back home, the crew will continue to enterain you with some amazing musical numbers. Did I mention that there is an open bar? This activity ranges from $112USD to $160USD. I highly recommend getting VIP tickets to skip the line, and have front row seating at the show.

🥃 You can’t go to Mexico and not drink tequila. The tequila tasting experience is so much fun. You learn about the family that creates the tequila, how to properly consume tequila, and taste a variety of flavors not sold in the US. I would leave room in your suitcase to bring a bottle or two back home.

🏖Puerto Vallarta is such a pretty and safe town to explore. Walk around and admire their beautiful culture. This is the perfect time to try authentic food, shop, and even walk along the beach.
