I LOVE a good challenge, so let me introduce you to the no-spend challenge

You basically don't buy anything but the essentials for a set period of time. People usually do 30 days, so you might have heard it called as a no-spend month!

For beginners, I also recommend doing a no-spend for a specific category or item. You can ease into it and cut spending on something like eating out, instead of cutting spending on everything.

This challenge can be super beneficial if you want to save for something or just get a better grip on your spending habits.
