The Creamiest Rotel Dip

Need your next Taco night idea! Well here you go! All you need is a can of rotel tomatoes, a meat of your choice(if you don’t prefer meat leave this step out), Velveeta cheese. Now if you love cheese, you can also add cream cheese and sharp cheddar cheese. If you don’t prefer Velveeta cheese at all you can just do cream cheese and 1 cup of sharp cheddar cheese. For the seasonings it’s completely freestyle and you don’t need much. Just add a pinch of chili powder, taco seasoning, or any of your favorite spices. I only seasoned the meat and added the cheeses and it was still to die for!

Directions

Just brown your meat in a skillet first and then drain the grease from the pan.

Then add tomatoes, cheeses and seasonings. Do not drain the rotel tomatoes, as the juices provide the right consistency.

Stir until completely melted.

Enjoy with your favorite chips. We like to use Nacho cheese Doritos 😋
