I got my 2in1 side table customised on Taobao 😬

The buying experience was super smooth, I messaged the seller with the desired dimensions, he then provides a quotation for me to cart out on! This side table i customised can be used both ways - either with the long side facing up (shorter) or the short ends facing up (taller). You can also get it customised for soooo many other purposes - as shelving, monitor stand, stool!

I actually got mine done in a dimensions where it’s a side table but can also double up as a stool when needed. 😬

Some tips when buying furniture from Taobao, always ask to 打厚包装 (wrap with more / thicker layers) 泡沫包装 (bubble wrap). For bulkier and more fragile items, you can also ask to 打木架 (add wooden crate) - some buyers do charge a separate cost for this though!

For shipping, I usually do direct shipping with Taobao. The experience has been seamless and I don’t want to go through the hassle of having to go to a 3rd party!
