Tips on choosing the right curtain folds! 🌾

Ripple fold curtain:

⚪️ Minimal look with clean curves, it adds a nice aesthetic flow to the space

⚪️ Also known as S fold curtains, it takes up double the width of the usual pleated curtains due to the way it’s folded, so it’s not recommended if you’re working with a tiny space, as it eats into quite a bit of functional spaces.

⚪️ For me personally, living in a small house, I opted for pleated curtains for my room to allow for more functional space, and ripple fold curtains for living room to soften the overall vibe in the space.

⚪️ With this option I personally feel you can go without curtain pelmet to show off those curves!

Pleated curtain:

⚪️ The most common type of curtain before S fold started to trend in recent years, its folds are tightly gathered at the top forming pleats

⚪️ Recommended especially for heavy drapey curtain fabrics

⚪️ Suitable for room with black out curtains as compared to ripple fold curtains as it blocks out more light at the top

⚪️ Takes up less space compared to ripple fold curtain

In summary based on personal experience, I’d highly recommend Ripple fold curtains for your common spaces, and Pleated curtains for your rooms.
