As a stay at home mom I’m always trying to stretch our budget especially when it comes to grocery shopping. Here’s a filling, easy, cheap meal that makes a LOT (all for under $12) this feeds 3 adults and a toddler with enough left overs for lunch the next day 🥳 and it’s easy enough for even beginners in the kitchen to manage!

♡ Start by browning your mild (or spicy) Italian ground sausage with some diced up white onion (about 1/4) in a skillet pan 🧅

♡ In a separate pot boil your pasta and drain once fully cooked

♡ Add your noodles into your skillet along with your heavy cream and 2 heaping handfuls of spinach

♡ Cook on medium/low heat for around 10 minutes to allow your sauce to reduce and spinach to wilt
