I always like to start off with the fact that I am breastfeeding - so a calorie intake for me will look different for others. In order to lose a safe 1-2 pounds per week, my body needs between 2,100-2,200 calories a day. I also work out 6 days a week. 🩷 💪🏻

Breakfast: Everything Bagel with Two Eggs and American Cheese, and a Large Banana

Lunch: Smoothie - 1/2 Avocado, 1 Large Banana, 1 Cup of Strawberries, 1 Cup of Carrots, 1 Scoop of Vanilla Protein Powder, Slice of Ginger, 1/2 Cup of Milk, Ice

Afternoon Snack (not pictured): Sesame Seed Covered Cashews and Canteloupe

Dinner: Garlic Ginger Beef Stir Fry (recipe from EasyFamilyRecipes)

Evening Snack: Peach with Cinnamon and Honey, and Honey Granola

I started food tracking and working out July 1st, and have lost 8lbs. 🖤

I drink coffee in the morning with pumpkin spice creamer and half and half, and approximately 80oz of water a day.
