Calling All CBD Girlies!!! Run Don’t Walk!! 🍵

Hi zesties!! 🍋 As someone who has been trying to stick to one coffee a day, I’ve been looking for alternatives to my afternoon cuppa ☕️

I came across this little coffee joint in International Plaza, which looked quite unassuming and was tucked away in the corner of the first floor. Their menu is quite extensive and had a number of non-coffee options which got me really excited. What caught my eye was the iced strawberry matcha latte, because it sounded like such a treat 😌

What didn’t catch my eye until it was time to pay was the price — $9.50 for the drink (!!!) While the price is quite steep for a drink, I do think you’re paying for quality 😉

The matcha was a really vibrant green (as opposed to a dull brown colour), which was a good sign 🤞🏻 However I was still a little skeptical as I could see little ‘clumps’ of matcha which made me expect it to taste gritty and bitter. I’m glad that I was wrong, the matcha was really smooth, creamy and fragrant. The strawberries added a nice subtle flavour to the drink — slightly sweet and tangy. There were strawberry bits in it too which allowed me to gaslight myself that this was a healthier bbt 🤡

Overall, it’s a really good cup of matcha 🍵 While I wouldn’t purchase it daily given the price, its definitely worth it on days where a little pick me up or a sweet treat is needed!
