Hi zesties! 🌟 Can you believe I'm almost at the end of my pregnancy? Over the past few months, I've received many “helpful” comments that have left me rolling my eyes. You know the ones that make you scream internally, but instead, you just nod politely and flash a tight-lipped smile 😅

A little disclaimer: this list isn’t exhaustive. Navigating what to say to a pregnant friend can be tricky! When in doubt, just sprinkle in some love, kindness and support 💖

And being completely honest, I’ve probably been the one to make such remarks unknowingly in the past; so to all the pregnant folks I’ve inadvertently triggered - I sincerely apologise! 😟
