Hi fellow moms-in-the-making! If you’re thinking about using Bio Oil for stretch marks during pregnancy, please reconsider!!!

While Bio Oil markets themselves as safe for pregnancy, it actually contains low-levels of Vitamin A; which *can* be unsafe during pregnancy. It’s super important to be aware, especially when it involves our babies. I was really shocked to discover this and honestly I felt a little deceived! 😢

I still love Bio Oil and plan to continue using it after giving birth, but for now, I’m being extra cautious about products that I use during this special time. I wanted to share this little PSA to help us make informed choices for ourselves.

When in doubt, always consult your gynae and do your own research before trying anything new! Stay safe everyone 💖
