Un-gatekeeping my fave wanton mee in SG

I’m not usually a fan of wanton mee, but Chef Kang’s is the exception 🙌

Noodles that are Q in texture with no strong alkaline taste. The tender, smoky char siew is my favourite part of the dish ❤️

Pro-tip: queues can get long, so I recommend to heading there early on Saturday mornings 😉
