rip crochet cardigan 2023-2023

who would’ve thought an oversized adult hexagon cardigan would take SO LONG to make?? 🥴 (not me apparently)

i started this cardigan several weeks ago and i have completely lost my crojo when it comes to this project. i absolutely love the yarn i chose but it’s just too thick for the weather right now!! it is also SO. HEAVY.

my philosophy is: if a project is starting to feel like a chore, it’s time to put it away. so in honor of this lovely cardigan being laid to rest for the season, i thought i’d show off what is done so far! i still need to add more length to the bottom and do the entire border, but that is a problem for future me.
