dry brushing is soo good for your skin in general. You should be doing this atleast once a week. Helps promote circulation and blood flow to the skin as well as exfoliation!!

LOTION

Hempz is a favorite of mine. It’s a staple. You really just want to make sure you’re using something really hydrating. Your skin naturally sloughs off after 2 weeks ( cell turnover rate 🤓 ) and your spray tan will start to look cracky after about 5-7 days. But staying hydrated (INTERNALLY AND EXTERNALLY) will extend the life of your tan!!!
