AVOID IF YOU STILL WANT TO HAVE HAIR.

We made an appointment on 31 august 2024 for 12pm. (Me: Remove my highlight feather hair extensions and maybe color. Nails for my friend.)

They weren't clear and were quite dodgy on the exact prices from the getgo despite asking multiple times across different platforms, but we decided to give this place a shot anyway. The prices turned out to be quite ridiculous even after converting into SGD but if the quality of work is good, we honestly wouldn't have minded too much.

For an establishment that supposedly provides hair extension services, you'd expect them to at least know that you're NOT SUPPOSED TO CHOP OFF THE CLIENT'S ACTUAL HAIR ALONG WITH THE EXTENSIONS when removing.

The way the woman tried to gaslight me was APPALLING and extremely unprofessional. She chopped off all the length I had on my under layers, so now my hair is around 1 inch long.

I told her time and time again that its not NORMAL to cut a customer's hair off along with the extensions, and that in my whole 10 years of getting extensions, I have never seen a professional do that. She haha all and promised to be careful and was so proud of it also lmao. Her being careful was doing the exact same thing, just slower.

I hate this place with all my heart🥲
