Is the summer play pass at Chuck E. Cheese worth it?

The summer play pass at Chuck E. Cheese is $49.99 and it comes with 40 play points per day and some discounts such as 20% off food and drink and 20% off any extra credits every. single. day.

Even if you went to Chuck E. Cheese every day for the entire summer, the pass is supposed to pay for itself within the first two visits. I have to say that personally with my experience with this pass every time we have been to Chuck E. Cheese we have to pay for extra points as well as food and drink, so they have you in the door and you have to pay for extra stuff regardless.

The 40 points that they give you does not go far even though each game is one point. Also, the trampoline area that Chuck E. Cheese now has is not included in the play pass and you do have to pay an extra fee however you do get half off of your trampoline admission, this is obviously a given, considering that child does not want to go on the trampoline.

If you have the extra cash when you’re going to Chuck E. Cheese, then the summer play pass may be worth your money.
