✨What my Toddlers Eat In a Day ✨

My twin boys turned into ‘toddlers’ soo fast!! A few weeks ago we started adding whole foods and reducing the purée (other than apple sauce!!! 🙌🏼 and we sometimes purée dinner if it’s tough meat)

If you’ve been following me, you know my boys were born premature so we’re doing everything really slooow for now, as per the Ped’s wishes.

My best advice after starting solids: cool and chop ahead of time! Chop everything really small and/or mash it. Always have a drink or purée around in case they gag or cough. And feed them yourself until they learn to chew good.

Here’s some meals we have on repeat these days! Eventually we’ll add more!
