Playpens get a bad rap these days but when used correctly, they can be amazing! For baby and your mental health.

I work from home with twins. My job is very on demand. So as a task comes in, I have to pretty much start working on it. We started using our playpen when my boys could start sitting and crawling. It’s a god send when I have a task! I’m still able to keep an eye on them, but also get my work done.

The benefits of using a playpen are:

• it’s a safe space for baby while you get work or cleaning done

• they can work on their crawling, sitting and standing

• playpens do not hinder development

• promotes independence

• some playpens are mobile
