Yummy & cozy eatery selling tw food ✨

📍 Isshin Machi

Recently I’ve been on a quest to try out all the Taiwanese eateries in SG so when I heard about Isshin Machi I had to make a trip there! 😬 Here’s what we tried:

🍚 Fried Rice with Specially Marinated Pork Chop ($12.30++): The pork chop was tasted sooo good and the amount of egg in the rice was generous too! A really good plate of fried rice and up to standard 😋 a tiny bit less salty and it would be perfect! ✨

🍲 Hakka Style Braised Meat Rice ($9++): The bowl looks deceivingly small but the portion is actually very substantial because it was packed to the brim! It was really comforting to have this bowl of luroufan.. one of my favorite Taiwanese dishes 🥰

🥟 Pork Wontons with Fiery Chilli Oil ($6++): This wasn’t spicy at all and was delightful! Sufficiently savory with a tinge of spice, I would imagine this would go well with plain rice too 😋

🧋Brown Sugar Caramel Pearl Milk Tea ($3.90++): This was a classic and would not go wrong! Wished the cup was bigger though 😬

⭐️ Overall: 8/10 - Decent and affordable Taiwanese fare!
