CBD date spot with Japanese fusion food 💗

Hello loves!! I’m dying to share about my date night experience because it was the perfect place for my bf and I to wind down #AfterHours

Restaurant: Jypsy | Jypsy at One Fullerton

Address: 1 Fullerton Road, 01-02/03 Singapore

Nearest MRT: Raffles Place

Ambience: 10/10 Bohemian coastal interior and outdoor seatings with MBS river view available as well!

Food: Generally delicious and priced appropriately for such a nice location :)

Menu: Not extensive, but has enough specialties for us to try and be satisfied with! Mostly Japanese cuisine with a twist.

I won’t go into too much details about how each of the food taste but I will highlight my favourite few!

1. Salmon Tacos $16 (2pcs)

A must try!! This is their signature Jypsy Salmon tacos and they are delicious for sure🤤 the wrap is made of crispy seaweed and inside are chunks of salmon with wasabi and caviar! This serves as a delicious appetiser :)

2. Jypsy Rainbow Roll $21 (6 pcs)

This is good for people that wants some variety in their sushi rolls! The roll has salmon, yellowtail, tuna and they come in big pieces so you are really getting your money’s worth 🤭 This was really fresh and yummy

3. Spicy Pork with smokey chipotle glaze $12 (2 sticks)

This was my bf’s fave! The sauce is really flavourful and addictive! The meat was soft and so delicious as well, honestly would have went for seconds if we weren’t full!

The mains weren’t bad too but the appetisers/ sides won our hearts 🫣

Plus the biggest win for me was the amazing backdrop to take super instagramable pics at!!!! Like look at that view 😎
