For the salmon:
- Mix honey (1/4 cup), soy sauce (3tbsp), lemon juice (2tbsp), and chili garlic hot sauce (2tsp) in a bowl until well combined.
- After salting and peppering both sides of your salmon, generously add your marinade to the top of your fillet and let sit for 10 min.
- Bake at 425° for ~12 min after marinated.
*save your extra marinade for sauce later!
For the bowl:
- Microwave white rice serves as the base layer.
- Add your favorite veggies (I recommend broccoli, carrots, cucumber, and avocado)
- Put the salmon on top
- Drizzle with extra marinade and top with everything but the bagel seasoning.
