<$10 sandos in this cute neighbourhood cafe 😍

Currently going through a near-30s life crisis and decided to take myself on a little date to somewhere new! Found this on Google Maps with 4.7 stars (>100 reviews) and thought that the prices were pretty decent so out I went 🏃🏻‍♀️

This cafe was just a 10 minutes walk away from AMK MRT station, and can sit about...15 pax? I arrived at about 11.30am on a Saturday and it was pretty quiet!

I got the smoked salmon sandwich ($8), which was a simple fare - not mindblowing, but good enough to enjoy. I liked that the portion of each ingredient was well-balanced, so it wasn't overly salty (from the smoked salmon) or too creamy (from the cream cheese).

The iced oat latte ($6.20) was surprisingly good, very smooth and naturally sweet. I'm not sure which brand of oat milk they used, I appreciate that the flavour of oats didn't overwhelm the coffee.

Verdict: Can come again, will try the brownies/blondies next + other sandos and definitely order the coffee again.
