Starting the New Year with 75 Soft!!

I’ve always been the person who makes New Year’s resolutions and doesn’t keep them. I get so inspired the week before the new year and then lose motivation once the first of the year comes. I’m on a mission to change that this year, that’s why I’ve decided to start the 75 soft challenge.

These are the things I would like to accomplish daily for the first 75 days of 2024!

I know it’s going to be a lot of hard work, but I’ve tried to make my goals flexible enough that I won’t get discouraged if I’m not hitting all of them every day. Instead of a rigid schedule to follow every day, I’ve tried to make my goals more open ended because I never know what life is going to throw at me.
