Iโve been doing a high protein and low cal diet and this is one of my go-to easy meals (:
Ingredients:
1/2 chicken breast
1 mission carb balance whole wheat tortilla
1 tablespoon of Taco Bell creamy chipotle sauce
1/4th cup of Mexican shredded cheese
I start by cutting my chicken into thin strips because I like shredding mine but you can them however you like! (: after that I season them in a bowl with Garlic, Onion , Cumin,Cayenne ,Paprika
Slap ya mama, Pepper, Salt. I let it marinate for 10 minutes and lay a few down to cook.
Once my chicken is done I shred it and lay it on my tortilla, I add my cheese and sauce and then brown it on both sides and done! (:
My measuring for this a half cup of shredded chicken, 1/4 cup or less of cheese, and 1 table spoon of sauce. The calories come to 300-370 and 26-30 grams of protein depending on your type of chicken and cheese (: enjoy! #caloriedefecit #highproteinrecipe #Lemon8Diary #healthyeats #healthyrecipe
