Balloon Garland tips & tricks

✨Prob one of my fave things to make bc they elevate an event space without spending a lot of $

🤍 some will argue you need certain brands of balloons & maybe if you’re wanting these to last days and days that’s true but Amazon comes through 💯 of the time with the kits as long as you do the following

1. Throw away the glue dots & plastic strip thing

2. Add a bag of 260 balloons to your order. These are what balloon animals are made out of

3. Command hooks or zip ties. You’ll want to know exactly where your attaching it so order whatever you think is best

4. Balloon air pump is worth the $20 bucks bc it’ll save so much time

5. Keep like color balloons together for a more professional look

6. Keep balloons round and not tear drop shaped.

7. Tie ends of like colored balloons together

8. Make sure you have a few sizes of balloons you’re working with in your kit and keep like sizes together

9. I like to use the large balloons at the top, bottom and where the balloon garland curves or turns instead of mixing them throughout

10. Make small clusters by twisting the 2 sets of 2 balloons together and attaching a 260. Save for later

11. Tie balloons to the 260 and just keep building on the balloon. Once you’re getting close to the end, tie another 260 to the end to extend. You will keep doing this until your garland is the desired length.

12. Once it’s done and hanging, you’ll come back in with the small clusters and just tie them in where you see holes or spots that need a little more dimension. I have video saved on my insta.
