First weekly meal prep of the year ✨

One of my resolutions for myself & with my partner is for us to be smarter with money. I told him that I will start eating at home more but also cook for him since he travels for work & doesn’t have access to a kitchen.

So this is week one of meal prepping! 😋 I gave us three different options to rotate through during the week.

One thing I use to hate about meal prepping was eating the same thing for a week straight! Which is why I decided let me give us a couple of options.

My rule of thumb for meal prepping, which is probably everyone’s rule, is one protein, one veggie, & one healthy fat / carb! That way I know I’m getting an overall balanced meal 🥘

The honey glazed chicken & potatoes recipe is already on my page & I will probably share the recipe for the other two! ☺️
