Sheet Pan Shrimp Boil 🍤

🛒 Ingredients 🛒

• 1 pound yellow potatoes 🥔

• corn 🌽

• 1/4 cup melted butter 🧈

• 4 cloves garlic, minced 🧄

• old bay seasoning

• shrimp 🍤

• smoked sausage

• lemon 🍋

• parsley 🌿

👩🏽‍🍳 Instructions 👩🏽‍🍳

1. Preheat oven to 400*F. Spray nonstick spray on baking sheet

2. In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook potatoes for about 10-13 minutes (until tender). Add the corn on the last 5 minutes. Drain well

3. In a small bowl mix the melted butter, minced garlic, old bay seasoning

4. Put shrimp, sausage, potatoes, corn in a big bowl. Pour butter over & toss everything around to mix together. Sprinkle a little more seasoning on top.

5. Pour everything onto baking sheet & bake for 12-15 minutes. Make sure corn is tender & shrimp is opaque

6. Garnish with parsley & serve immediately with lemon wedges

You can serve with garlic bread, rice, or munch on by itself.
