My first house journey(Semi-D Subsale)

When I got transferred from Sarawak to Melaka, one of the first things I looked into was a house. At first, I was keen on getting a rental house first but then both me and husband decided to just look at the house to buy instead. We also decided to get a subsale house because it fits our needs & budget.

This house was the second house I visited and I was drawn into it quite quick. The house has 4 bedrooms. 2 toilets. The kitchen isn’t that big but it was enough. The neighbourhood is nice. The house is not close to the main road making it so peaceful and quiet. Thats the thing about subsale houses, you can take this details into account.

This was it. We put down the booking fee. I used LPPSA loan and the house is 90% ours now. We still have some paperwork left but its near!
