My first sambal geprek✨✨✨

This is the first time making sambal geprek!

At first I mistakenly put the GREENN chilli along with the RED bird’s eye chilli. It turns out to look like sambal belacan🤣 I know it look’s wrong so, i collect the RED bird’s eye chilli as much as i can from the fridge to make it look more like sambal geprek🤧 Fortunately, it turns out really great and look and taste like sambal geprek🥹 Finally!

But the first try worth it! I really enjoy this process of learning💕🎀

Ingredients:

🌶️ 10-12 RED bird’s eye chilli / cili padi

🧅 Half onion / bawang besar separuh

🧄 3-4 cloves of garlic / bawang putih

🍅 half tomato

🧂some salt / garam

🧂some sugar /gula

🧂any seasoning / perasa

🍶 some hot oil / minyak panas

How to do it?

🎀 Cook all ingredients 🌶️🍅🧄🧅 in hot oil for a while

(Masak semua bahan jangan terlalu lama takut hangit nnti tak sedap

🎀 Mash all the ingredients in stone mortal

(Tumbuk semua bahan dalam lesung batu)

🎀 When everything mashed up well, put salt, sugar and seasonings

(Letak garam, gula dan perasa ikut suka)
