Occasion & Servings: dinner

Ingredients & Portions:

-Aldi chicken

-stick of butter

-laughing cow garlic and herb (6 triangles)

-noodle of choice

-heavy cream

-cheese (any Italian blend will do)

-garlic powder

-onion powder

-(I add cayenne and red pepper flakes but can leave out)

-minced garlic

-more cheese for topping

-parsley for color

-garlic bread

Detailed Steps:

-cook garlic bread according to package

-the Aldi chicken airfry at 400 degrees for 30 mins flipping halfway through

-boil noodles according to package

-in pan melt down butter and laughing cow

-once almost all the way melted add garlic

-add one 1.5 cups of heavy cream

-add your cheese

-add all spices (measure with your heart)

-bring to a boil for a few seconds then simmer

-combine sauce with cooked noodles

-add chicken

Additional tips/notes:

-Iโ€™ve made this with Italian blend cheese or regular mozzarella or regular Parmesan up to you

- use grilled chicken if your preference and season with garlic and herb

-If sauce is too thin add more cheese but not too thick where the spoon has a hard time spinning when mixing
