Located at Guoco Tower BYD by DXD offers $9.90 (excluding GST) lunch set consisting of a main, a salad, and a drink/desert!

Previously I had the chicken and I tried the medium rare beef today! Not bad for the price! Because ice water is served, so I opted for the brownie 😂

oh yes but you need to sign up as a BYD member (last photo) before you can be entitled to the set meal! And the restaurant only open at 12pm! Be sure to reserve if you know you are going!
