Here are 4 tips to help you relax and hold your breath longer:

1. Slow Your Heart Rate: Before diving, focus on deep, slow breaths. This calms your body and conserves oxygen. (No. 3 is a great tool to use for this!)

2. Relax Your Mind & Muscles: Tension uses more energy. Let go of stress, relax your body, and feel weightless.

3. Master the Breathing: Take a full inhale using your diaphragm, followed by a slow, controlled exhale. Repeat before holding your breath. (Example: 10in/10hold/10out/10hold)

4. Visualize Success: Imagine yourself calm and in control, floating effortlessly. Give yourself away to the water.
