Power Hour, Then Chill 🕒➡️😌
After focusing intensely for 60 minutes, I take a 10-15 minute break to relax. It helps me reset and come back stronger. Sebab kadang2 rasa pening and rasa stress juga kalau lama sangat.
Hydrate 💧
Water breaks are key! I drink up to stay focused and energized. Minum 8 gelas selalu ataupun belilah cute2 botol air 2L and selalu store air dalamnya.
Stretch It Out 🙆♀️
Sitting too long? Stretch! It keeps the body loose and avoids stiffness. Nanti kaki or tangan jadi tegang ye.
Snack Attack 🍎
Healthy snacks during breaks keep my brain fuelled.
Makan buah and avoid junk food. Once in a while is find but not everytime ye sebab BMI management is also important
Change of Scenery 🌳
If I’m feeling stuck, I take a quick walk outside for fresh air and a mental refresh. Jangan duduk satu tempat pegi jalan2 ...dekat Uni ada Park, taman tasik...utilise it.
Mindful Moment 🧘♀️
I try meditation or deep breathing if I need to de-stress. Boleh, try yoga or dancing, pun best jugakk
