3 tips to make $1,000 daily as an esthetician

I’m going to skip the basics of niching down, using social media, how to get clients, etc. and get right to 3 actionable steps for making $1k a day in the treatment room!

1. ADD ONS!

- keeping your service menu simple and inclusive is important for your clients, but with a full book of clients and without doing price increases, you’re kind of tapped out on what you can make. Having a CLEAR list of add ons visibly available in your treatment room and communicating that list to your clients is a great way to make some extra income throughout the day!

2. SELL RETAIL!

- carry a selection of retail that makes sense for your business and provides a solution to your clients. When you carry retail you love and trust, you can easily and authentically sell to your clients. Selling retail products is a huge way to increase your average transactional value of every client!

3. OPTIMIZE YOUR TIME!

- cleanliness and sanitation is huge. Client experience is huge. But often times I see so much wasted time in how some estis are running their schedules. Your services should be routine down to the minute, and so should your systems on checking out clients and turning over your room. Every 15-30 minutes throughout the day adds up and could be an entire extra service being added to your day. Ask yourself if your schedule is optimal or if you’re finding a lot of down time in your days. You don’t need to work 8 hours a day to make good money in our industry if you’re efficient!
