My favorite comfort tea recipe

I love making a huge pot of this either during colder months or when I’m coming down with a cold. I add a tiny bit of honey to each cup and yum yum yummy 😋 There are no exact measurements, so add as much or as little to each cup as you’d like.

Slices of lemon

Slices of lime

Chopped up fresh ginger

Rinds of lemon and lime

Few slices of carrots

Cloves (I grind mine up a bit)

Cayenne pepper

Nutmeg

Cinnamon

Flower blend (mostly dried chrysanthemum in mine)

Dry fruit blend: cranberry, orange peel, rosehip, pineapple rind, passion fruit, apple rind)
