Even though every day is different, the one thing that stays the same is my morning routine! I had various over time but some elements, in whatever order, never change! My morning routine used to be super long, even like 4-5 hours, but now it depends on my mood, schedule, and workout.

✍🏼 But I always always always make sure to start with a positive attitude by journaling! That includes my plan for the day, my intention, some gratefulness, priorities, and planned self-care. Sometimes I like to listen to affirmations while journaling.

🧘🏼 I also always make sure to incorporate some sort of movement or exercise in my morning. Half of the week I am going to the gym, but on other days I do some yoga, pilates, or mini stretching! Anything goes!

🥣 I used to skip breakfast a while ago but I found that it was really impacting my mood, so I now make sure to eat something healthy with protein, usually a yogurt bowl. On some days a protein shake does the trick as well!

📕 If I have nothing else planned, I like to read in the morning. Usually something non-fictional / educational to wake up my brain. I not always have time at home so sometimes I just read on the train to university.
