5 Habits I Do Before 9 AM ☕️

I love spending some quiet time getting ready for the day, and my morning routine is packed with self care:

〜 Meditating

〜 Reading positive affirmations

〜 Gratitude journaling

〜 Getting ready for the day while listening to my favourite music

〜 Making a to-do list and setting priorities for the day

This helps me prepare for the best day and I can't imagine my mornings without these habits!
