Here’s an optimal Sunday routine to help you start your week feeling organized and energized 🧘♀️🌿✨
Morning 🌞
Wake Up Early (7-8 AM): Start your day with a fresh mind. Use this quiet time to set a positive tone for the day.
Slow Morning (8-9 AM): I like to start my morning slowly, by meditating and reading in bed, while drinking my coffee.
Gym (9-10 AM): I like to go to the gym in the mornings and I cherish this time by myself while moving my body. I usually do a less intense workout on Sundays.
Mid-Morning 🌿
Shower (10-11 AM): Once I get home from the gym, I shower and get ready for the day.
Tidy Up: Clean and organize your space. A clutter-free environment boosts productivity and reduces stress.
Laundry: Get your laundry done so you have fresh clothes ready for the week.
Afternoon ☀️
Plan My Week: Take 30 minutes to review your calendar, set priorities, and plan your tasks for the week. I use a planner and set my weekly goals there, and update my Notion and time-block my calendar for the upcoming week. It's the best way to avoid Sunday scaries and feel prepared for the week.
The rest of the afternoon is ME time! I like to go on a walk to the beach and read my romance novels ✨ I'm trying to spend less time using/looking at a screen on weekends and when I'm resting, so lately I've been obsessed with reading books.
