I bought and set-up my new planner for 2024!✨

I'm just ready to set new goals, and have been researching planners and thinking about how I want to plan and what I want to keep for planning for next year, so I'm excited to share it with you! If you like physical planners, I hope this review is insightful, but I will also share a review of some of my most recent planners and what I liked/didn't like about them. Let me know if you are interested, because I've used different brands.

In terms of planners, I like a minimal planner because I use it for efficiency. I don't want to keep several notebooks or planners if they're just going to eat my time writing things down, and I've been trying to narrow down my physical notebook usage to just my planner for the year and my journaling journal. If I fill up my journaling journal before the year ends, I then start a new notebook. However, I also always start the year off with a new planner and notebook.

Because I was doing extensive research and watched planner set-ups and review videos on YouTube, for 2024 I decided to go for a brand that I love - Leuchtturm1917. I prefer their paper quality to Moleskine, and I love that the ink colour of the printed pages is light grey, and I always use their notebooks for journaling, bullet journaling, etc. They also have a great selection of planners in terms of layouts, cover types (hard or soft), and have nice colours to choose from, and they're not that expensive, ranging from $19 to around $30 (prices may vary per stockist).

I chose their weekly planner and notebook, which means that I have a week overview on one page and a whole page section for notes. I need my planners to have a weekly overview, because I use them to write down my appointments and events, my to-do lists live on Notion. As for the notes page, I will use it to write down weekly and monthly goals, any notes I take during meetings, or for planning projects that I'm working on. I combine working full-time with social media, so I need to plan my weeks effectively 😅

However, in their line-up for 2024 they also have:

- Weekly planners (both horizontal and vertical layouts)

- Daily planners (one day per page)

- Weekly planner and notebook (the one I selected)

They also come in English, Dutch, German and French languages, hard and soft covers, and have 12 colours to choose from. You can buy them on Amazon or stationery stores that sell Leuchtturm1917 notebooks should have them too.

I'm looking forward to using my new planner already, and I will share my weekly set-up when it's closer to 2024 and I'm planning my weeks 😊

Let me know what planner you're thinking of using in 2024!
