What do you journal about?

Is a question I get asked almost daily. I’ve been journaling since 2019, and for the first 9 months I did it daily. I’d just write down the date and start writing whatever came to mind.

But I know how hard it is to journal if you’re intimidated by it, or scared to write down what you think because you don’t want to accept those thoughts, or just staring at a blank page. So I made this daily journaling template!

You can use the first two prompts in the morning or do all of them in the evening, whatever you prefer. These questions are supposed to guide you and help you to make journaling more easy, let me know if you try them!
